Some familiarity with an ISO management system standard such as ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 27001 helps.
It covers how objectives, monitoring and measurement and management review fit together in ISO management system standards; writing measurable objectives linked to policy and risks; designing KPIs with clear definitions, targets, data sources and frequency; analysing and presenting performance; preparing management review inputs; running the meeting; and recording outputs as decisions, actions, owners and dates, with follow-up and the common audit findings to avoid.

No. The Certificate of Completion is a training certificate: it shows that one person completed KPIs, Objectives & Management Review and reached the pass mark in its final exam. The course supports requirements that appear across ISO management system standards, but it is not a standard an organisation is certified to, and Sterling does not certify organisations. Certification is granted by an independent certification body after that body's own audit.
