Built from the standard. Checked before you see it.

A training course is only as good as its accuracy. This is how every Sterling Academy course is made, and the checks it passes before release.

  1. Built from the current edition.

    Every course is written from a licensed copy of the current edition of the standard, with clause numbers and titles exactly as published. When a standard is revised, the course is updated.

  2. Shaped by real classrooms.

    Courses follow the structure, examples and teaching approach of Sterling's instructor-led training, refined over years of delivery to client teams.

  3. Every module starts with why it matters.

    Each module opens with a concrete business reason: customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, contractual obligations, audit results. Hard ideas are taught first with an everyday story, then with workplace examples from many industries and countries.

  4. Questions checked independently.

    Every practice question and final exam question is checked independently against the course before release: one correct answer, the reason for it shown, no trick questions.

  5. Every word checked.

    Every narrated sentence is checked against its script, word by word, with independent speech-recognition checks. A word that could be heard as a different word is corrected and the video is produced again. Every video also has captions.

A Sterling Academy certificate shows that a person completed the course. It is not ISO certification of an organisation, which only a certification body can grant.
