ISO management system standards require the people who work for you to be aware of the policy, their own contribution and the consequences of not following the system, and to be competent for their role. Sterling Academy training builds that awareness in every learner and gives you the evidence your auditor will ask for: who was trained, on what and when, their final exam result, and a numbered Certificate of Completion anyone can verify online. Your client administrator can download your team's records at any time.
Your organisation still decides the competence each role needs and checks that it is in place; the training records are part of that evidence.

A Sterling Academy Certificate of Completion confirms successful course completion following the final assessment. Its unique number and QR code allow online verification. It is not ISO certification or a professional auditor qualification.

Courses include a final assessment. A Certificate of Completion follows a score of 70% or more, and the assessment can be retaken straight away. Sterling can confirm prerequisites and expected total study time for your chosen course before you enrol.
